1. Owner Identification

This website is operated by WIT Detailing (hereinafter, “the company”).

This website offers products related to the detailing sector, including accessories designed and manufactured using 3D printing.

Use of this website and placing orders implies acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Purpose

These terms govern:

Access to and use of the website
The purchase of products
The rights and obligations between the company and the customer
3. Products

The products offered by WIT Detailing may be:

Standard
Made to order
Customized or adapted

Many products are manufactured using 3D printing in PLA, therefore:

They may have slight variations
They are not mass-produced industrial products
They are designed for detailing use
4. Purchase Process

To place an order:

The customer selects the product
Enters their information
Makes the payment

For customized products:

Prior validation may be required (measurements, compatibility, design)
This validation can be done digitally (WhatsApp, email, etc.)

👉 This validation will be binding.

5. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€).
Applicable taxes are included.
Shipping costs are calculated before checkout.

The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

6. Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

For made-to-order products:

Manufacturing time may vary.
The customer will be notified when necessary.
7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, except in the following cases:

Customized
Made to order
Customized to customer specifications

In these cases, there is no right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.

8. Returns
Customized products

Returns are not accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Standard Products

These products can be returned if:

They have not been used
They are in perfect condition
They include their original packaging

Conditions:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours.
After this period, the order will go into production.

👉 Cancellations after this time will not be accepted.

10. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty in force in Spain.

The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

It does not cover:

Improper use
Normal wear and tear
Damage from impacts
Exposure to unsuitable conditions

11. Product Use

The products are designed for detailing use under normal conditions.

Especially when using a pressure washer:

Recommended parameters: 112 L/min and 6 bar

👉 Use outside of these parameters:

May cause damage
Exempts the company from liability

12. Materials (PLA)

Products made of PLA:

Are resistant, but not indestructible
May deform with heat
May break with impacts or improper use

👉 These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

13. Liability

WIT Detailing shall not be liable for:

Improper use of the products
Improper installation
Unreported incompatibilities
Damage resulting from use outside of specifications
14. Intellectual Property

All designs, products, and content:

Are the property of WIT Detailing

The following are prohibited:

Reproduction
Copying
Distribution without authorization
15. Protection against professional use

The products are intended for professional or semi-professional use.

The customer agrees that:

They are responsible for their use of the product
They must understand the operation of the tools used
16. Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

17. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
