Refund policy

1. General Information

WIT Detailing designs and manufactures detailing accessories, many of them using 3D printing in PLA material.

These products are intended for professional or semi-professional use and may have slight aesthetic variations inherent to the manufacturing process. It's also important to understand that this material is not as durable as industrial-grade PLA. Performance is not the same, and therefore, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper care. The warranty is only valid if damage or any other issue that renders the product unusable is reported upon receipt.

All our new products have a 3-year legal warranty in accordance with current Spanish regulations. The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects or non-conformity of the product, excluding damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect handling, impacts, modifications, or inadequate maintenance.

2. Nature of the Products

Most of the products sold:

Are made to order
Are customized or adapted
Are specifically designed according to the customer's needs

This includes, among others:

Templates
AIR1 System (turner + vacuum)
Turner heads
Adapters
Pet hair vacuums
Custom accessories
3. Customized Products (exclusion of right of withdrawal)

In accordance with current regulations, the following products:

Made to order
Customized
Adapted to specific tools

👉 Are not eligible for return or the right of withdrawal, as they are products made according to the customer's specifications.

4. Customer Validation

Before Manufacturing:

The customer validates the design, measurements, and compatibility (via message, WhatsApp, or any written means).

This validation:

Is binding.
Constitutes express approval of the product.

👉 Therefore:

Sending physical samples will not be necessary.
Subsequent changes or returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
5. Adaptations to External Tools

In the case of products adapted to third-party tools, such as Tornador models (including those from The Rag Company or others):

Each piece is uniquely manufactured.
It cannot be reused or resold.

👉 In these cases, returns are not accepted.

6. Warranty and Manufacturing Defects

All products have the legal warranty in force in Spain.

Incidents will be accepted when:

The product arrives defective
There is a manufacturing defect

📌 Procedure:

The customer must provide evidence (photos or videos)
The case will be evaluated

If applicable:

The product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded
7. Material Limitations (PLA)

The products are made of PLA, a technical material with excellent performance in detailing, but with certain limitations:

Sensitive to high temperatures
May deform with prolonged heat
May break under impact or excessive stress

👉 The following will not be considered manufacturing defects:

Breakage due to impacts
Improper use
Exposure to heat
Wear and tear from intensive use

8. Conditions of Use (VERY IMPORTANT)

To guarantee the correct functioning and durability of the product:

Use of the Tornado

The accessories are designed to work with tornadoes that operate at approximately:

112 L/min
6 bar pressure

👉 Use outside of these parameters:

May cause malfunctions
May damage the part
Voids manufacturer's liability

Usage Recommendations

It is recommended to:

Do not exceed the indicated pressure.
Do not expose the product to high temperatures (vehicles in direct sunlight, hot water, etc.).
Avoid impacts or drops.
Do not force couplings or connections.
Do not use harsh chemicals without verifying compatibility.
Clean after use.
Use under normal detailing conditions.

👉 Failure to follow these recommendations may affect the product's performance and durability.

9. Returns (non-personalized products)

Returns will only be accepted for products that:

Are not personalized
Have not been used
Are in perfect condition
Retain their original packaging

📌 Conditions:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within the first 24 hours after purchase. After this period, the order will go into production.

👉 Cancellations made after this time will not be accepted.

11. Liability

WIT Detailing is not liable for:

Improper use of the product
Improper installation
Incompatibilities not previously communicated
Damage resulting from use outside of the recommendations

12. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Placing an order implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. described in this document.
